All users are divided into four groups, the roles and the permissions are defined as following.
- Guest
- Unregistered users or guest group
- Can access public contents only
- No write permission
- Basic
- For temperal members (echange, internship, visiting) and collaborators
- Limited content access
- Limited write permission
- Member
- For lab members
- Can access most contents
- Full write/manage permission for most contents
- Admin
- For cluster administrator
- Full access to any content
- Full control for any contents
